When you get your 2nd starter, you should have one of the stone that matched your starter. The other 2 can be bought in Lumiose City at a high price if you aren't stylish enough. ;)
Blazikenite
The only way to get it is by downloading the hidden ability Torchic in the event through wifi.
Aerodactylite
Talk to the Professor at the right side in Fossil Lab, Ambrette Town.
Lucarionite
Receive together with Lucario from Korrina at the Tower of Mastery.
Gengarite
Talk to the creepy looking girl in Laverre City. You will get it for free.
Abomasnowite
Talk to the Abomasnow you saved from Team Flare in Frozen Cavern.
Ampahrosite
From Coumarine City. head towards west to Route 12. Then surf through the water there towards the north. You will eventually see an old man with a fisher at a small island. Talk to the old man and he will give you the stone.

Alakazite
Enter Reflection Cave from Shalour City. Find the stairs heading downward twice so you can end up at B3F. Once you are at B3F, you will notice a dead end at the north side. But pay attention at the mirror, there's an entrance. Enter the entrance, and you will find a room with Gyroball TM. Then go further south then west, you should see another entrance. Enter that entrance and your Alakazite should be waiting for you under the light.
Pinsirite
Enter the Santalune Forest from Aquacorde Town at the north side. Once you reach there, it should be just around the top area there hidden in grass.

Banetite
Manectite
From Dendemille Town go to Route 15, then head south to Route 16. The Manectite is located in the "playground" for two roller skater skating around the boulder.
Garchompite
It's located at the outdoor in Victory Road. If you have already pushed all the boulders into the holes, it's not hard getting here. You will need Rock Smash TM to smash the cracked rock, if you haven't smash it during your way to Pokemon League. Fly to Pokemon League and head to the Victory Road from there. The moment you reach the outdoor area, the place you battled with your rival, you have already reached the map.
Kangaskanite
It is located at the Glittering Cave. If you have explored the cave, you should noticed that there's two items located in the 2nd and 3rd dead end. Then obviously this stone is located in the first junction which leads you to an dead end!
Mawilite
It's located in Shabboneau Castle which is at the north of Camphrier Town. The stone is at the 1st floor, do pay more attention as the color is quite similar to the wall and floor.
Scizorite
It's located at the lowest floor of Frost Cavern. Remember the time you saved Abomasnow from Team Flare? It's located behind the Abomasnow, who gave you the Abomasnowite as well.
